The refund will be credited to the card or bank account used for the purchase and will be charged for the shipping and return costs.
If on a product you received within 3 days, you identified a manufacturing problem and was not previously used, then you can return it without any extra charge and after being checked by the manufacturer and found to be something wrong with it, then the amount of value will be returned to you in full on the card or in the bank account you used to purchase it.
If on a product you order, during its use within 1 month from the date of purchase, and after you have followed the correct instructions of its use, a manufacturing problem occurs, you can return the product and after being checked by the manufacturer and a problem is actually found on it, you can get it back repaired or replaced by a new product.
If on a product that you ordered and during your use, at your own fault of misuse or poor maintenance you encountered a problem, you can return the product and contact us for repair costs, if repair is possible. This concerns only Mompso products.
If a product you have ordered during its use within 6 months presents a problem (excluding warranty) and it cannot be used, if repair is possible, you will be charged a 50% off repair cost. This concerns only Mompso products.
If in any product of another company (except MOMPSO), a manufacturing problem has been presented within 1 month from the date of purchase, then the product may be replaced after being checked by the manufacturer and your claim accepted, in this case the Mompso.com site does not bear any other liability.
